Rhyxeon General Aircraft Co.,Ltd. was established in October 2013, and is a subordinate enterprise of Liaoning General Aviation Research Institute (LGAA). The company's main products, RX1E two seat electric aircraft ，RX1E-A two seat electric aircraft and RX1E-S two seat electric seaplane have obtained the type design approval (TC) and production license (PC) issued by Civil Aviation Administration of China.
